Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposits A valid card is required to book your appointment. A deposit may be required to secure your time and will go toward your total service. Late Policy Please arrive on time. 10+ minutes late may require a shortened service to stay on schedule. 15+ minutes late may result in cancellation and a reschedule fee. Cancellations & Reschedules We understand plans change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a late cancellation fee. No-Show Policy No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and may require prepayment for future bookings. Guests & Children To maintain a relaxing environment, please no extra guests or children unless they are being serviced. Refund Policy All services are final. No refunds will be issued once the service is completed. If you have any concerns, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assist. HENNA DISCLAIMER Henna results vary by skin type and aftercare. Oily skin may fade faster, and dry skin may retain stain longer. Henna is not recommended for clients with sensitive skin, recent chemical peels, or allergies to tinting products.
