By booking an appointment with Klen Lashes & Eyebrows, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling your service.
Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked online through our scheduling system. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.

No-shows will be charged the full service amount or forfeit the deposit.
Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may result in a shortened service or cancellation without refund.
Refunds
Due to the nature of beauty services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
Service Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with your service, you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. When appropriate, we may offer a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of the original service.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Disclosing all medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or previous cosmetic procedures prior to service

Following all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided

Understanding that results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance
We are not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Health & Safety
For the safety of all clients and staff:

Services may be refused if a condition is deemed unsafe

Unsanitary behavior, illness, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate cancellation without refund

Children and additional guests are not permitted in the service area unless approved in advance
Results Disclaimer
Results vary from client to client. While we strive for consistent, high-quality outcomes, no guarantees are made regarding longevity, color retention, or final appearance.
Right to Refuse Service
Klen Lashes & Eyebrows reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including repeated cancellations, no-shows, or inappropriate behavior.
Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review them before booking.
