At Klen Lashes & Eyebrows, all services are performed with care, precision, and professionalism. Due to the nature of beauty services, all sales are final and no refunds are issued for services rendered.
Service Satisfaction
If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment when appropriate. Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.
Deposits & No-Shows

Deposits are non-refundable.

Missed appointments or cancellations made outside of our cancellation window will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Late arrivals may result in shortened services or cancellation without refund.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
